I'm a 1st class lurker, been doing stuff online for many years and now I believe it's about time I had an account here... or under that name, anyway. I'm less of an artist than a programmer actually, but it doesn't mean I can't do artsy stuff from time to time

#2 - My pick; deviantArtposted May 2nd 2009, 12:00PM

It might not be very nice for the Sheezy admins, but I noticed how little I do on SheezyArt as opposed to deviantArt, so if by any chance you wanted to see what I'm really up to, you might want to head that way.

Now, the SheezyArt Premiers have done a great job creating such a beautiful site that can actually compete with deviantArt but it's still a good step under. For one thing, the system on dA is way more elaborated and allows for a much wider set of tools to allow artists to flourish and effectively houses a much larger community. Another thing, the average SA user seems, to me at least, quite less mature than on dA, which isn't really a problem I guess, we're on the internet after all, but I'll count that one anyway.
Edit: Now that actual categories are gone and everything is "sorted" with just keywords, it's totally worthless. I'd rather make Facebook my art portal at this point. Screw this shit.
So, if you need me, I'll be over at dA, posting everything I deem worth showcasing. Thank you and have a nice day!
